Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end integrations of ServiceNow ITSM with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, Monitoring tools).
- Design, configure, and implement REST/SOAP APIs, JDBC, LDAP, and MID Server integrations.
- Build data flows, import sets, and transform maps for seamless data exchange.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable integration solutions.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of integrations.

Requirements:

- 6+ years ServiceNow experience, with solid ITSM integration background.
- Proficient in REST/SOAP, JSON, XML, MID Server.
- Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide).
- ServiceNow certifications preferred (CSA, ITSM Implementation).
