Should have experience of business valuation and valuation under IFRS and Transfer Pricing Valuation would be a Plus.
Valuation services involve undertaking valuation analysis of shares / businesses for mergers /demergers (swap ratios), acquisitions, dispute resolutions, regulatory filings, under generally accepted valuation methodologies like the Income approach (Discounted Cash Flow Method), the Market Approach (Comparable Companies Multiples Method and Comparable Transactions Multiples Method) and the Asset Approach (Net Assets Value).
