Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to design, develop, and maintain BI solutions that enable data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience in data warehousing, ETL development, data modeling, reporting, and visualization tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards.
- Build and optimize data models, data warehouses, and ETL/ELT processes.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
- Perform data analysis and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
- Create and manage SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and cross-functional teams.
- Monitor report performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Provide support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing BI solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation and user guides.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence development.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and database technologies (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Experience with ETL tools such as SSIS, Informatica, Talend, or Azure Data Factory.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud data platforms.
- Knowledge of Python, R, or other data analysis languages.
- Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or Big Data technologies.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
