JD Talent Acquisition Specialist

- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment as per the requirement, including workforce need identification with department heads, job description development, and efficient hiring strategies.
- Handling employee lifecycle: sourcing, screening (Virtual + in-person), interviewing, shortlisting, and coordinating final selection and onboarding with strong follow-ups.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize sourcing channels and recruitment methods; drive innovative hiring initiatives to attract high-potential, proactive talent.
- Support HR operations and organizational planning while promoting a positive work culture, strengthening employee retention, and leveraging feedback for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

- 5-7 years of hands-on Recruitment experience with a strong focus on high quality recruitment and Smart Hiring.




- Proven track record of consistent employment and job stability.
- Excellent communication skills, networking skills, understanding of hiring trends, sourcing strategies, and organizational fit.
- Creative mindset with the ability to design and execute impactful employee events.
- Ability to build robust relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelors or masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in recruitment across different functions and levels.
- Well versed with all modern recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, etc.).
