We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Facilitator to lead our Time Travel Adventures (History) program for children aged 3 to 8 years. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in history and education, with excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to teach history to children.
- Create interactive and immersive experiences that help children connect with historical events and figures.
- Build cultural awareness and understanding of different time periods and civilizations.
- Collaborate with other educators to design and deliver comprehensive curriculum.
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve learning outcomes.
- Maintain a secure and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching or facilitating children's programs.
- Strong knowledge of history, including prehistoric times, ancient civilizations, and modern-day cultures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with children of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
- Familiarity with educational technology and software is an asset.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, History, or a related field is preferred.
