1. Formwork methodology and designing for typical structure.
2. Monitoring of formwork operation and MIS preparation.
3. Develop in-house modular panels systems for column and slab.
4. To conduct Formwork Audits and ensure the Implementation of shuttering and formwork as per approved Methodology.
5. Design and guidelines across the organisation.
6. To conduct the skill assessment and analyses the training need across the organisation in the area of Formwork.
7. To develop current abilities i.e. Formwork Technician, Formwork Foremen and Formwork Engineers.
8. Design formwork systems based on structural drawings and construction specifications.
9. Calculate and analyze load-bearing capacity, safety factors and material strength for formwork designs.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering,
Structural Engineering, or related field.
- 05-10 years of experience in Formwork design and construction, or a related engineering role.
- Proficiency in Formwork design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla) and other relevant engineering tools.
- In-depth knowledge of Formwork systems (e.g., modular, traditional, engineered Formwork) and materials.
- Strong understanding of concrete behavior, structural loads, and construction processes.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, safety regulations, and standards (e.g., ACI, BS, EN standards).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions on-site.
