While our London office leads in office construction, our Delhi team plays a critical role in providing Estimation & Cost Controlling support for UK based projects. Eligibility Criteria:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Excellent English communication is essential, as the role involves regular interactions with our UK-based teams, including project managers and client-side estimators.
- Candidates from other academic backgrounds are also welcome, if they have a strong interest in construction and a learning mindset




- No prior experience is required—we’re looking for enthusiastic learners who want to build a future in the international construction industry. Any relevant experience will be considered a bonus.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Assisting in cost estimation and quantity take-offs based on technical drawings
- Interpreting floor plans, sections, and elevations
- Collaborating with senior estimators and UK-based teams
- Supporting documentation and digital data management

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong English communication skills – written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Excel and digital file management
- Basic understanding of construction drawings and building components, especially floor plans, sections, and elevations
- Strong mathematical and analytical ability
- Willingness to learn, detail-oriented, and proactive approach
