Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer enquiries and maintain CRM records with high data accuracy.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for quotation preparation, documentation, and customer follow-ups.
- Track sales pipeline, quotation ageing, HOT opportunities, and CRM compliance.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, sales analytics, and exception reports.
- Support sales operations and business process monitoring.
- Manage customer portals, invoice uploads, and related documentation.




- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless sales execution.
- Track accounts receivable status and assist with customer follow-ups.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance sales efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- B.E./B.Tech. degree is mandatory.
- 2 to 6 years of experience in Sales Operations, CRM Management, Sales Coordination, MIS Reporting, Business Operations, Sales Support, Customer Support, or Back Office Operations.
- Robust analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Lookup Functions, Reporting, Data Analysis, Dashboards).
- Hands-on experience with CRM/ERP platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or similar systems will be an added advantage.
