To lead planning, execution, and commissioning of EPC Project in HVAC systems at construction sites, ensuring timely completion, quality compliance, cost control, and coordination with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Management

- Lead end-to-end execution of HVAC works for large-scale building projects (commercial, institutional, airport, hospital, data center, temple, etc.).
- Ensure HVAC works are completed as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and project timelines.
- Monitor progress, productivity, and resource deployment at site.

Planning & Coordination

- Prepare HVAC execution plans, micro-schedules, and manpower planning in coordination with Project Head.
- Coordinate with civil, electrical, fire-fighting, and other MEP disciplines for smooth execution.
- Interface with consultants, PMC, and client representatives for approvals and inspections.

Procurement & Cost Control





- Support procurement team in finalizing HVAC vendors, subcontractors, and material approvals.
- Control costs through efficient planning, wastage control, and subcontractor management.
- Review BOQs, variations, extra items, and certify subcontractor bills.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Solid expertise in HVAC system design interpretation and site execution
- Experience with chillers, VRV/VRF, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, piping, insulation
- Strong planning, cost control, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of relevant IS/ASHRAE standards

Desired Candidate Profile

- Proven experience in EPC / large construction contractor organizations
- Hands-on site execution experience in high-value projects
- Ability to independently handle HVAC scope at mega project sites
