Roles and Responsibility

- Provide technical support and assistance to clients during the rollout phase.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the rollout process.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

- Develop and maintain documentation of rollout processes and procedures.

- Conduct training sessions for clients on new systems and processes.

- Analyze and report on rollout metrics and performance data.

Job Requirements

- Solid understanding of the rollout process and its technical requirements.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
