We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Facilitator to lead our LEGO program for kids aged 3 to 8 years old. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and experience working with children, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Lead kids through creative building challenges and activities.

- Design and implement engaging lesson plans to promote learning and development.

- Encourage collaboration and teamwork among children.

- Develop and maintain a safe and supportive learning workplace.

- Guide and support children in their projects and activities.

- Evaluate and assess the progress of children's projects and provide feedback.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in education or child development.

- Strong knowledge of child development principles and practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.





- Ability to work effectively with children of different ages and skill levels.

- Experience with using technology to enhance learning and engagement.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
