Role & Responsibilities

- Improve machine performance, productivity, yield, and energy efficiency.
- Reduce wastage, downtime, and production costs through engineering improvements.
- Troubleshoot machines and eliminate recurring root-cause issues.
- Drive continuous improvements in production processes to increase productivity, improve yield, and lower costs.
- Simplify production processes to make work easier, safer, and more efficient for operators.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and improve machine efficiency and reliability.
- Work closely with production and maintenance teams to maximize machine utilization and plant performance.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related Engineering.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing/shop floor operations.
- Passionate about machines, manufacturing, and process improvement.




- Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Science-driven and data-oriented approach to manufacturing.
- Curious mindset with a desire to understand, improve, and optimize machines.
- Experience in food processing, rice mill, dal mill, flour mill, FMCG, or similar manufacturing industries preferred.
- Willing to spend most of the time on the shop floor.
