- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continually enhance service offerings.
- Collaborate with the wellness team to create a harmonious experience for guests.
- Uphold the spa's standards of excellence in service, professionalism, and guest care.

Qualifications:

- Relevant certification and training in massage therapy and/or aesthetics.
- Proven minimum 2 year experience in a spa or wellness setting, with a passionate focus on customer service.
- Strong communication, English and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
