4. 5. As an Associate - Export Documentation, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our export documentation processes, especially Custom clearance documents. Your responsibilities will

span the entire spectrum of export custom operations, from documentation and compliance to coordination and customer service. You will ensure that all export activities align with international trade

regulations and company policies while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

The major / primary roles and responsibilities of the job will be as follows, including but not limited to:

- Preparation of custom invoices in SAP.
- Coordinate with plants to get delivery notes of FCL bookings.




- Send all the critical papers to CHAs for filing with customs and get the required checklists approved.
- Keep a close follow up with the CHAs ensuring handover of duly custom cleared cargo to forwarder.
- Ensure that the SLI are filed on time and make sure that for USA shipments, the ISF are filed within TAT.
- Obtain the approvals on the Bill of Lading (BL) within the agreed TAT.
- Ensure that the Certificate of Origin like PHD, Form AI etc. are issued accurately and within time.
- Issuance of Commercial documents and sending the set of documents to customers as Post alert.
- Handling shipments with incoterms, Ex-Works, FOB, C&F;, CIF, CPT, DDP, etc.
- Knowledge of Advance License Issuance and redemption , EPCG, Duty Drawback and RoDTEPmus (MUST)
