- Assist in delivering exceptional guest experiences by supporting daily lodge operations and ensuring Taj Safaris? luxury hospitality standards are consistently maintained.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, front office, and safari operations to ensure seamless guest services and timely resolution of guest requests.
- Welcome guests warmly, provide information about lodge facilities, safari schedules, and local attractions, and ensure personalized service throughout their stay.
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation,



and readiness of guest areas while adhering to company quality and safety standards.
- Support the execution of wildlife activities, cultural experiences, and special guest events in collaboration with internal teams.
- Handle guest feedback professionally, escalate concerns when required, and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Follow all environmental sustainability, wildlife conservation, and health & safety guidelines established by Taj Safaris.
- Maintain accurate operational records, participate in training programs, and contribute positively to a team-oriented and guest-focused work environment.
