- Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant with hands-on expertise in Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC) and Ariba Buying and Invoicing (B&I;) modules. The ideal candidate should possess robust functional knowledge, support and implementation experience, and the ability to work closely with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders to deliver and support Ariba solutions.

- Key Responsibilities

Support and enhance SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC) and Buying & Invoicing (B&I;) solutions.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Participate in implementation, support, enhancement, and rollout activities.




Configure and maintain Ariba SCC and B&I; modules based on business requirements.
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
Monitor and support Ariba integrations with SAP ECC/S4HANA, SAP Business Network, CIG, and middleware platforms.
Collaborate with business users to resolve functional and process-related issues.
Support testing activities, including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing.
Prepare functional documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer documents.
Participate in incident management, problem management, and change management processes.
Ensure SLA compliance and provide timely issue resolution
