Role Summary

Looking for an experienced Marketing Head to lead brand building and demand generation initiatives across ATL, BTL, and Trade Marketing channels.

The ideal candidate should have a strong FMCG background with proven expertise in brand activation, campaign management, and driving market visibility and consumer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Lead ATL campaigns including outdoor, digital, and media planning.

Drive BTL activities such as sampling, events, consumer promotions, and local activations.

Manage and strengthen Trade Marketing initiatives to enhance retailer and distributor engagement.

Plan and execute brand activation campaigns to improve brand awareness and product penetration.

Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective implementation of trade schemes and promotional activities.

Monitor campaign effectiveness,



ROI, and market trends to optimize marketing spends.

Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and creative partners for campaign execution.

Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities.

Manage the marketing budget and ensure productive utilization of resources.

Desired Candidate Profile

MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification.

8-15 years of experience in FMCG marketing.

Strong exposure to ATL, BTL, Trade Marketing, and Brand Activation.

Experience in food, dry fruits, snacks, or packaged foods industry will be preferred.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
