We are hiring a Data Engineering & Services Consultant(PAN India Locations) with solid expertise in building modern cloud-based data platforms and AI-enabled solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Data Engineering, ETL/ELT, Cloud Technologies, Data Warehousing, and modern analytics platforms while working in client-facing consulting environments.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable batch, real-time, and streaming data pipelines.
- Build enterprise data platforms using Azure, AWS, or Snowflake technologies.
- Develop ETL/ELT solutions and optimize data integration processes.
- Design Data Lakes, Lakehouse architectures, Data Warehouses, and modern analytics platforms.
- Develop analytical data models, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
- Build AI/ML proof of concepts and GenAI-enabled data solutions.
- Define solution architecture, implementation approaches, and delivery plans.
- Optimize platform performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.




- Support client engagements, technical consulting, solutioning, and pre-sales activities.

Requirements

- 5-12 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Integration, or Cloud Data Platform development.
- Strong hands-on experience in Python, SQL, PySpark, ETL/ELT, and Data Warehousing.
- Experience building Batch, Streaming, and Real-time Data Pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with Azure (ADF, Databricks, Synapse, Fabric), AWS (Glue, EMR, Lambda, Redshift), or Snowflake.
- Experience with Data Lakes, Lakehouse Architecture, Data Modeling, and Enterprise Data Platforms.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker is an added advantage.
- Exposure to GenAI, Machine Learning, LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, or Agentic AI is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, consulting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience in solution architecture, cloud modernization, and client-facing consulting engagements is plus.
