Role & responsibilities

- Provide product demonstrations and application support for medical equipment.
- Conduct product installations, user training, and in-service sessions for doctors, nurses, and biomedical engineers.
- Assist the sales team during product evaluations, trials, and customer presentations.
- Resolve application-related queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with sales and service teams for smooth implementation and post-installation support.
- Build strong relationships with hospitals and healthcare professionals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and clinical applications.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience as an Application Specialist, Clinical Application Specialist, Product Specialist, or similar role in the medical device/healthcare industry.
- Solid presentation and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer demonstrations and training.
- Experience in handling hospital customers and clinical users will be an added advantage
