We are now evolving into a more premium, design-led brand, and we’re looking for a Creative Designer who can help shape how Longway looks, feels, and communicates.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Creative Designer with strong D2C experience who doesn’t just design—but thinks. Someone who understands how design impacts consumer perception, attention, and conversion.

You should be able to translate brand identity into powerful visuals, while maintaining consistency across all touchpoints—online and offline.

Key Responsibilities

- Design high-converting creatives for D2C channels (website, ads, marketplaces, social media)
- Maintain and evolve brand identity with a premium and modern aesthetic
- Create banners, ad creatives, landing page visuals, and campaign assets
- Design packaging that stands out on shelves and communicates value instantly
- Work on GIFs, motion graphics, and short-form visual content
- Develop offline creatives, including brochures, standees, dealer boards, and print materials




- Bring out-of-the-box thinking to campaigns and product storytelling
- Understand consumer psychology—what stops a scroll, what grabs attention
- Stay updated with modern design trends, D2C brands, and industry benchmarks

What We’re Looking For

- Strong experience in D2C / e-commerce design
- Ability to design while maintaining a consistent brand language
- Understanding of premium brand aesthetics (minimal, clean, high-impact)
- Hands-on experience in packaging design
- Skills in motion graphics & GIF creation
- Strong sense of visual storytelling and attention design
- Knowledge of digital + print production
- Awareness of modern market trends and consumer behavior
- Experience in the appliances or consumer durable industry is a plus

Tools & Skills

- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
- Motion & animation basics
- Understanding of layout, typography, color psychology
