1. General Requirements:

1. Should be good Communication Skill.

2. Diploma or B. Tech holder (Mechanical/Automobile/Production).

3. Must be worked Tier One/Two companies for MSIL.

1. Technical Requirements:

1. Must have relevant experience (Only from Automotive industry)

1. Job Profile:

2. Design new products and simulates its performance.

3. 2D & 3D drawing preparation

4. Ansys Simulation analysis: static, dynamic, thermal

5. Design Failure Analysis, considering available market gas abuse conditions.

6. Design Failure modes analysis and their corrective action for design improvement.

7. Digital mock-up. reverse engineering, Design Feasibilities, ECN Feasibilities & Implementation.

8. Hands on Experience in Die Design, Part Design, Validation of Automatic/Manual CNG Cylinder Valve.

d. Software Courses-

1. Positive exposure of UG -NX 10; CATIA V5 R19; Auto Cad, Delcam, Ms. Office.
