We operate in an AI-first setting. Our goal is to automate repetitive tasks wherever possible and use artificial intelligence to create smarter, more efficient workflows. You'll gain practical experience working with cutting-edge AI tools while contributing to real-world digital marketing and content operations.

We are expanding our international social media team and are looking for several motivated AI interested Virtual Assistants (m/f/d) who want to actively contribute to the digital growth of our company.

No specific prior experience is required. During our structured onboarding process, you will receive comprehensive training for all tasks.

This position is also well suited for (AI Interested) beginners who are motivated to learn. The role primarily focuses on managing and maintaining social media content and digital workflows, rather than creating or designing content.

Your Responsibilities. AI-first environment.

You will support our social media and content team with tasks such as:

- Uploading and managing YouTube videos
- Downloading and organizing media content (e.g., from Envato)
- Publishing and distributing content across different platforms
- Maintaining and updating LinkedIn and Facebook profiles
- Supporting content planning and social media posting
- Sending and organizing business emails
- Organizing digital documents and folders
- General virtual assistant tasks

You will work closely with our team, especially supporting projects in the area of video production and social media management.

What We Are Looking For





- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in Social Media is a plus
- Basic knowledge of YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Structured and reliable working style
- Comfortable using digital tools (Google Drive, cloud systems, etc.)
- Stable internet connection
- English is helpful most important is that we can communicate well. Perfect writing skills are not required.
- Team members interested in AI-first environment

Work Model & Flexibility

- 100% Remote
- Part-time and full-time positions available
- Full-time: Start at 7:00 AM UTC, 9 working hours per day (during onboarding)
- Part time: Flexible schedule

During the initial phase, you will receive structured onboarding and close guidance.

After successful onboarding, we plan to gradually align working hours more closely with typical working hours in Asia, allowing for more independent work.

Important Note About Flexibility

As part of our social media activities, YouTube productions are regularly carried out in different cities, and responsible team members may need to travel.

For this reason, it may be necessary once per month to shift working hours from weekdays to the weekend.

- Weekend work only takes place when absolutely necessary
- You will of course receive compensatory time off during the week
