Job Description

We are hiring Relationship Managers for CASA acquisition. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new Current & Savings Accounts, generating leads, building relationships with business clients, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

Acquire new Current & Savings Accounts (CASA)

Generate leads through field sales and networking

Build relationships with SME and business customers

Cross-sell banking products and services

Ensure customer onboarding and account activation

Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline

1+ years of experience in CASA Sales/Banking Sales

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Good knowledge of the Chennai market

Tamil language proficiency preferred
