- Order Execution Manage buyer orders from confirmation to final delivery.
- Sampling Coordination Oversee development of proto, fit, and pre-production samples.
- Production Follow-up Track daily production status, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure timely output.
- Vendor Communication Liaise with suppliers for fabrics, trims, and accessories.
- T&A; Management Prepare and monitor Time & Action plans to meet buyer deadlines.
