Role & responsibilities

- Conduct internal audits of financial and operational processes.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory regulations.
- Identify financial, operational, and compliance risks and suggest mitigation measures.
- Review accounting records, vouchers, ledgers, and financial statements for accuracy.
- Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actions.
- Assist management in budgeting, financial planning, and strategic decision-making.
- Analyze financial performance and prepare MIS reports and management dashboards.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities during audits.
- Develop and implement audit plans, SOPs, and internal control frameworks.
- Support process optimization, cost control, and business efficiency initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Candidate should Prepare audit reports with findings, observations, and actionable recommendations.

2. Candidate should have 5 to 6 years experince in Internal Audit.

3. Candidate must organize audit plans and SOP's.
