- Conduct detailed research and analysis during project planning phases
- Analyze complex data and turn it into easily digestible reports for management
- Monitor key performance indicators to ensure project alignment with objectives

2. Project Planning and Execution:

- Contribute to project planning, budgeting, and overall strategy
- Conduct feasibility analyses for proposed projects
- Establish key performance indicators for project success

3. Process Improvement:

Identify problems and shortfalls in existing processes





- Propose solutions and improvements to optimize performance
- Prepare and present new ideas to enhance current processes

4. Stakeholder Management:

- Liaise with stakeholders and ensure effective communication
