Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Senior Functional Consultant with 814 years of experience in SAP CRM implementation and enhancement projects. The candidate should have robust expertise in SAP CRM Sales and Service configuration, client interaction, solution design, and CRM-ECC integration. The ideal candidate should be able to gather business requirements, conduct workshops, configure end-to-end CRM processes, and support implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and implement SAP CRM Sales and Service processes.
- Gather business requirements and provide functional solutions.
- Conduct client workshops and solution design sessions.
- Configure Leads, Opportunities, Quotes, Sales Orders, Service Tickets, and Service Orders.
- Work on Organization Management, Partner Determination, Pricing, Activity Management, and Business Roles.
- Configure Installed Base, Warranty Management, Service Contracts, and CRM Web UI.
- Support SAP CRM and SAP ECC integration.
- Work on CRM Middleware, data loads, mapping, and filtering.
- Prepare functional specifications and solution design documents.
- Support Agile project delivery and mentor junior consultant
