Roles Responsibilities

- Ability to create creative marketing and social media campaigns in line with the strategies, keeping budgeting, content ideation, and other details in mind
- Ability to manage and Ensures brand consistency in all marketing and social media messages while working with the various departments of the organization, including the advertising team, product development team, and brand management team
- Ability to Provides training and guidance to entire social media and marketing team members about social media strategies and outcome
- Ability to Collects customer data and perform analyses based on interactions and visits, report creation based on the analysis to improve future marketing plans, campaigns strategies
- Manage and share progress reports to senior marketing management and leadership
- Ability to grow expands social media presence of company brand across all social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram
- Ability to monitors the activity of competitors
- Ability to Creates and distributes engaging content via e-newsletters, company web page and blog, or social media platforms





Skills and Qualifications

- Degree in Communications or Marketing
- Experience - 0-3 years in Social Media Management,
- Must possess Marketing Experience,
- Must have Content Creation skills,
- Must have Copywriting skills,
- Ability to have Graphic Design skills,
- Have knowledge of Web Design and Strategy,
- Ability to do Data Collection and Analysis,
- Have basic Technology Skills,
- Must possess Solid Verbal and Written Communication Skills,
- Always give Attention to Detail,
- Self-Motivated Individual
- Creative Problem-Solving ability,
- Must have hands-on with Major Social Media Platforms
