Job Description Customer Care Executive (Voice / Chat / Blended )

Location: Noida & Gurugram
Salary Range: 19,000 - 48,000(based on experience, process, and performance)

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our customer support team. The role involves handling customer queries through voice calls ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Apprenticeship opportunities are also available for freshers looking to start their career in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming customer queries via calls, chat depending on the process.
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy while communicating with customers.
- Document interactions and update internal systems accurately.
- Follow standard procedures and meet quality & productivity targets.
- Collaborate with team members and escalate cases when necessary.





Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to handle customer queries with patience and clarity
- Basic computer knowledge and typing speed
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (as required by the process)
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
