Job Description

We are hiring experienced SAP FICO professionals for Transaction Support / End User Support roles. The candidate will be responsible for providing functional support to business users, resolving SAP FICO-related issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities





- Provide end-user support for SAP FICO modules.

- Handle day-to-day transaction-related issues and user queries.

- Support business users in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting processes.

- Monitor and resolve SAP tickets within SLA timelines.

- Perform issue analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause identification.

- Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution and enhancements.

- Assist users with month-end and year-end closing activities.

- Prepare user manuals and provide basic user training when required.

- Ensure smooth functioning of SAP financial processes and transaction postings.

- Maintain proper documentation of incidents and resolutions.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of SAP FICO processes and transaction support.

- Experience in AP, AR, GL, Bank Accounting, Asset Accounting, and Costing.

- Good understanding of SAP support processes and ticket handling.

- Ability to troubleshoot functional issues independently.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in end-user support / production support workplace preferred.
