Mission

Help FCL build the largest network of partner venues across Gurgaon by onboarding breweries, cafs, clubs, corporate offices, and schools.

You will represent FCL on the ground and become the face of our community expansion.

What You'll Do

- Visit premium breweries, cafs, clubs, corporate offices, and schools.
- Meet venue owners, managers, HR teams, and decision-makers.
- Present the FCL partnership opportunity.
- Generate new partnership leads every day.
- Schedule meetings for senior team members.
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships.
- Collect venue information and update the CRM.
- Support FCL events and activities.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams during launches.
- Identify new opportunities to expand the FCL community.

Who We're Looking For

- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.




- Confident in interacting with business owners and professionals.
- Comfortable travelling across Gurgaon for meetings.
- Passionate about sports, communities, startups, or events.
- Self-driven, energetic, and eager to learn.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, and presentation tools is a plus.

- 57 venue visits per day.
- 35 qualified partnership discussions daily.
- 12 partnership opportunities generated every week.
- Strong relationship management with partner venues.
- Accurate CRM updates and timely follow-ups.

Incentive Structure

- Stipend: 10,00015,000 per month
- Travel Reimbursement: Actuals or fixed monthly allowance
