Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage research and development projects from concept to implementation.
- Drive innovation by identifying new technologies, materials, processes, and product opportunities.
- Develop creative solutions to technical and business challenges using analytical and critical thinking.
- Conduct experiments, evaluate results, and recommend improvements based on data and insights.
- Collaborate with production, quality, engineering, marketing, and other departments to ensure successful product development.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation with clarity and accuracy.
- Mentor and guide the R&D; team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and collaboration.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget,



and in compliance with applicable quality and safety standards.
