Job Summary
We are hiring Content Operations Executives who possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of content moderation, and the ability to handle content escalations effectively. Freshers with the required skills are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and moderate user-generated content as per company policies.
- Identify and escalate policy violations and critical cases.
- Ensure accurate and timely decision-making while maintaining quality standards.
- Handle content-related escalations with attention to detail.
- Maintain productivity and quality targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Undergraduate or Graduate (any discipline).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of Content Moderation processes.
- Knowledge of escalation handling is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Compensation
- Freshers: Up to 3.5 LPA
- - Experienced Candidates: Up to 5 LPA (based on relevant experience and interview performance)
