Position: Facility Manager Technical

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or related discipline.

We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager – Technical to oversee the operation, maintenance, and reliability of all technical infrastructure within the hospital. The role involves ensuring uninterrupted functioning of engineering systems while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the operation and maintenance of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing).
- Oversee HVAC, DG sets, UPS, STP, WTP, electrical panels, lifts, and fire safety systems.
- Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of all technical equipment.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers.
- Monitor AMCs, maintenance schedules, and statutory compliance.
- Ensure compliance with hospital safety standards, NABH guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare maintenance reports, budgets,



and technical documentation.
- Lead and supervise the technical maintenance team.
- Ensure minimal downtime of critical hospital infrastructure.

Eligibility

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in technical facility management, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment.
- Knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, electrical distribution, fire safety, and building maintenance.
