Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a highly analytical, data-driven, and innovative Supply Chain & Capacity Planner to own and optimize our end-to-end capacity planning within our 3PL ecosystem. You will be responsible for forecasting, allocation modeling, and capacity management across both First Mile and Last Mile networks to maximize speed, reduce supply chain costs, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
1. Capacity Planning & Management: Own and manage the monthly Last Mile capacity planning activity with 3PL partners based on business forecasts. Maintain the availability calendar across both First Mile and Last Mile levels to ensure network adequacy.
2. Optimization & Modeling: Build, maintain, and optimize allocation models to determine the ideal capacity mix at the 3PL partner level, ensuring key operational metrics (SLA, cost, and reliability) are met.
3. End-to-End Offload Strategy: Execute source-level capacity planning for end-to-end offloading to 3PL partners. Actively track Plan vs.



Actual offloads to identify variances and implement corrective actions to meet monthly targets.
4. Energetic Network Agility: Monitor real-time and historical demand patterns to ensure the right capacities are positioned at specific Last Mile locations, adjusting dynamically to volume fluctuations.
5. Automation & Innovation: Innovate traditional planning workflows by developing zero-touch automated solutions and self-serve dashboards. Continuously find new ways of working to optimize supply chain cost, reliability, and delivery speed.

Experience: Must have 36 years of experience in E-commerce/ FMCG Supply Chain Planning, Capacity Management, or Network Optimization

Work Location : Bangalore

Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Excel/SQL is required. Robust experience in building automated tools/dashboards (e.g., Python, R, Tableau, PowerBI) to create self-serve capabilities is preferred
