Job Description

We are looking for an HR Associate to support Background Verification (BGV), document validation, and recruitment operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in stakeholder management, handling high volumes, and ensuring smooth post-offer onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and validate candidate documents.
- Coordinate with BGV vendors and track verification reports.
- Conduct quality checks on BGV reports and candidate documentation.
- Manage post-offer onboarding and documentation processes.
- Resolve candidate and stakeholder queries related to BGV and documentation.
- Maintain recruitment databases and generate reports.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.





Required Skills

- 1-3 years of experience in HR Operations, Recruitment Support, BGV, or Documentation Verification.
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience handling high-volume operations/recruitment.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail.

Preferred

- MBA
- Experience working in recruitment tools/HR systems.
- Good team player.

Mandatory Requirements

- Base location must be Bangalore.
- PF & Form 16 documents from all previous organizations are mandatory for experienced candidates.
