Role : Python GenAI Engineer/Lead

We are seeking a Generative AI Engineer to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge Generative AI solutions. This role involves leading technical strategy, mentoring engineering teams, and building production-ready systems using LLMs, RAG architectures, NLP, and agentic workflows. The ideal candidate is deeply passionate about the potential of generative AI to transform industries and can translate that vision into robust, scalable solutions.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in software development, focusing on Python, backend development, and Generative AI technologies.
- Technical Skills:
- 5+ years of software engineering or machine learning experience, with 3+ years in GenAI/LLMs/NLP.





Proven expertise in Python,Apis and hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain,Langgraph,Crewai,Autogen, Transformers, LlamaIndex, etc.).

Deep understanding of RAG systems, embedding techniques, and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).

Hands on in Google ADK OR AI Foundry OR AWS Bedrock

Practical experience building agent-based architectures using LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar tools.

Solid knowledge of NLP fundamentals including summarization, Q&A;, chatbots, semantic search, and entity extraction.

Experience with MLOps, model versioning, CI/CD, and cloud-native deployment on AWS/GCP/Azure.

Ability to translate complex research ideas into practical, deployable solutions
