Senior Finance Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead the organization's finance function and drive strategic financial initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building and strengthening finance processes, financial planning, fundraising, and partnering with leadership to support long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the finance function and establish robust financial processes and internal controls.
- Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and overall financial performance.
- Lead debt fundraising initiatives and manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Support equity fundraising by coordinating with investors, advisors, and stakeholders.
- Oversee financial reporting, MIS, statutory compliance, taxation, and audits.




- Partner with senior leadership on strategic business and financial decisions.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance & accounts team.

Requirements

- 18-25 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, with leadership experience.
- Proven expertise in setting up finance processes and controls.
- Robust experience in budget preparation, financial planning, and forecasting.
- Hands-on experience in debt fundraising and equity fundraising.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, taxation, compliance, and banking.
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic decision-making skills.
