Experience:

- 34 years of hands-on experience in a Prenatal Screening Laboratory.
- Mandatory experience in maternal serum screening marker analysis.
- Prior experience working on the PerkinElmer Victor 2D platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform sample processing and analysis for prenatal screening assays using the Victor 2D platform.
- Review and interpret biochemical marker results with high analytical accuracy.
- Analyze and correlate ultrasound (USG) findings, including fetal biometric parameters and nuchal translucency (NT), for accurate risk assessment.
- Perform risk calculations and reporting using Lifecycle software.
- Ensure timely and accurate release of prenatal screening reports.
- Adhere to laboratory quality standards, SOPs, internal quality control (IQC), external quality assurance (EQAS), and accreditation requirements.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with laboratory quality management systems.
- Coordinate with clinicians and internal teams regarding result interpretation whenever required.

Essential Skills





- Robust knowledge of prenatal screening biomarkers and risk assessment.
- Sound understanding of biochemical result interpretation.
- Ability to interpret ultrasound (USG) reports for integration into prenatal risk calculations.
- Hands-on experience with Lifecycle risk calculation software.
- Proficiency in both:
- Wet Laboratory: Sample preparation, assay processing, and instrument operation.
- Dry Laboratory: Data analysis, risk calculation, result interpretation, and report generation.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high quality standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and patient safety.
- Familiar with laboratory accreditation standards (NABL/ISO 15189) and quality systems.
- Team player with the ability to manage workload efficiently and meet reporting timelines.
