Roles and Responsibilities :
- Identify current business opportunities through field sales activities, networking, and market research to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase cross-selling opportunities for personal loans, credit cards, and other financial products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for sales performance metrics such as number of leads generated, conversion rates, and average transaction value.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in insurance sales or related field sales role.
- Strong understanding of personal loan products and services offered by banks/financial institutions.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
