- Develop and maintain the Product Backlog, ensuring it is prioritized based on business value and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, create user stories, and estimate effort for development.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback, identify pain points, and develop solutions that meet their needs.
- Ensure effective communication of product plans, progress updates, and changes to stakeholders through regular reporting.
Job Requirements :
- 9-30 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry as a Product Owner or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum) and ability to apply them effectively.
- Experience with JIRA or other project management tools; knowledge of Protected framework is an asset.
