Job Purpose:
The Center Coordinator is responsible for the smooth functioning of the center and ensuring proper implementation of all training and CSR activities. The role includes managing day-to-day operations, maintaining records, and coordinating with students, trainers, and the team. Basic computer knowledge is essential for reporting and documentation work.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage daily center operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Maintain student records, attendance, and training data
- Coordinate with trainers and support staff for program delivery
- Handle student enrolment and follow-up
- Maintain proper documentation and files at the center
- Prepare and share daily/monthly reports (MIS)
- Use computer systems for data entry, emails, and reporting
- Ensure discipline and proper environment at the center
- Support in community mobilization and student outreach
- Taken the coaching classes for 1st to 8th Standards
- Coordinate with the regional team for updates and activities
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Record keeping and reporting ability
- Basic understanding of training/education programs
- Time management and organizational skills

Students, Trainers, Regional Team, Community Members
Experience & Educational Requirements:
Educational Qualification: MSW/ MBA (Computer knowledge must)
Experience: 13 years of relevant experience preferred
Other Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of local language
- Willingness to work at center level
