Mandatory:

- 5+ years of hands-on Machine Learning experience.
- Strong foundations in ML algorithms, statistics, feature engineering, model optimization, and evaluation.
- Extensive experience building and deploying production ML models using frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Expertise in deep learning, NLP, Computer Vision, recommendation systems, forecasting, anomaly detection, or ranking models.
- Experience owning the complete ML lifecyclefrom problem formulation and model development to deployment and monitoring.
- Exposure to MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and scalable production systems.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Core Machine Learning Engineer with strong expertise in designing, building, training, evaluating, and deploying Machine Learning models. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in solving complex business problems using classical Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Time-Series modelling techniques.

This role requires robust analytical skills, solid ML fundamentals, and experience in taking models from experimentation to production.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop end-to-end Machine Learning solutions for real-world business problems.
- Design and build Classification, Regression, Clustering, Forecasting, and Anomaly Detection models.
- Perform feature engineering,



data preprocessing, model training, hyper parameter tuning, and performance optimization.
- Build and evaluate models using appropriate validation techniques and performance metrics.
- Develop Deep Learning models where applicable using PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Deploy Machine Learning models into production and monitor their performance.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Document model performance and communicate technical findings to stakeholders.
