Job Title: Candidate Sourcer (Contract - 6 Months)

Location: Adugodi Road, Bengaluru
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Shift: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Experience: 1-3 Years

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Candidate Sourcer to support hiring across Consulting, Techno-Functional, and Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate should have expertise in proactive talent sourcing, stakeholder management, talent mapping, and hiring for niche skillsets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent requirements.
- Source candidates for Consulting, SAP, Salesforce, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Strategy roles.
- Hire for Non-IT functions including Finance, Legal, and Marcom.
- Utilize Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray search, and talent mapping techniques.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Conduct candidate outreach and preliminary screening.
- Provide market intelligence and competitor hiring insights.




- Maintain candidate data and workflows in Workday or similar ATS platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure timely hiring support.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree (MBA/BE/B.Tech preferred).
- 1-3 years of sourcing experience.
- Experience hiring for Consulting roles, preferably from Big 4 and MBB organizations.
- Exposure to hiring for SAP, Salesforce, and other techno-functional roles.
- Experience across industries such as IT, High-Tech, Retail, Communications & Media, Software & Platforms, Automotive, and Industrial.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Workday ATS experience preferred.
- Market research experience is an added advantage.

Mandatory Requirement:

- PF deduction in the previous organization is mandatory.
