- Monitor CCTV cameras to detect and respond to security breaches or incidents.
- Operate access control systems, including granting or denying entry to authorized personnel.
- Collaborate with other teams to investigate alarms and incidents, providing detailed reports as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all monitoring activities, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Job Requirements :
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar role (CCTV Operator/Access Control Operator).
- Proficiency in operating Lenel, PSoc, or other CCTV systems.
- Strong understanding of access control principles and practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment with minimal supervision.
