Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Staff R&D; Product Development Engineer Signal Integrity to join our high-speed connectivity engineering team. The role involves electrical design, signal integrity simulation, validation, and testing of high-speed connectors, cable assemblies, and communication systems used in data centers and wireless infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in SI simulation tools, PCB design, SerDes channel analysis, and high-speed interconnect technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform Signal Integrity (SI) analysis, simulation, validation, and optimization.
- Design and validate high-speed communication products and interconnect solutions.
- Perform PCB schematic and layout reviews.
- Conduct channel analysis, eye diagram analysis, and BER verification.
- Develop simulation methodologies using industry-standard SI tools.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Mechanical, Manufacturing, and Operations.
- Support prototype evaluation, testing, and production validation.




- Provide technical recommendations based on simulation and lab results.
- Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience in Signal Integrity, PCB Design, RF Design, or Electrical Design.
- Hands-on experience with Agilent ADS, Ansys HFSS, CST, or equivalent SI tools.
- Strong knowledge of IBIS-AMI, SERDES, Eye Diagram Analysis, BER Verification, CTLE, DFE, FFE, and channel optimization.
- Good understanding of electromagnetic theory and high-speed circuit design.
- Experience in PCB design reviews and high-speed communication systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with global engineering teams.

Preferred Experience

- High-speed connectors, cable assemblies, DAC cables, RF systems.
- Data Centers, Servers, Switches, Routers, Storage Systems.
- Optical Transceivers and Optical Modules.
- PCB Design (Altium, AutoCAD).
- Oscilloscope, Vector Network Analyzer (VNA), BERT.
- Six Sigma or Data Analytics background.
- Project Leadership experi
