Should be flexible for night shifts & complete work from office

Role:RTR Lead - 5-8 Years Expereince

Skill: Finance and Accounting,RTRExperience: 5 years to 8 yearsJob Location: Chennai

Education:

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream- MBA, M Com, B Com, BBA

Must Have Skills:

- 5+ years of experience in FnA - GL activities
- Review of Close functions, Balance Sheet analysis, complex Journals e.g. Revenue Recognition, Reporting, Dashboards, Open items resolution, Month Close meetings with Retained team, Training team members, daily reporting, continuous improvement
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Interaction with the client - Governance calls
- SLA adherence
- Functional working experience in ERPs like Oracle preferred

Role:RTR - Associate Manager

Skill: Finance and Accounting,RTR,GLExperience: 7 years to 10 years

Job Location: Chennai

Team Handling on papers mandatory

Education:

Minimum 15 years of regular, full time education (10 + 2 + 3)

Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream- MBA, M Com, B Com, BBA

Must Have Skills:

- 7/8+ years of experience in FnA - GL activities
- Work allocation,



managing exceptions, resolve queries, Review of complex activities, month close review meetings with business & retained accounting team review quality & compliance, SLA tracking & reporting, Lead process improvements
- Should have managed the team of 10+ team members
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Interaction with the client - Governance calls
- SLA adherence
- Functional working experience in ERPs like Oracle preferred

Role: RTR GL Manager

Skill: Finance and Accounting,RTRExperience: 10 years to 15 years

Job Location: Chennai

Education:

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

Must Have Skills:

- Overall work experience of 10+ years in FnA domain
- Understanding end to end of R2R activities
- Preferred experience of handling Client escalations
- Ability to communicate with upstream and downstream partners to drive day to day operations
- Preferable experience on ERP systems ( Oracle etc.)

Currently working as an Assistant Manager or Manager on papers.

Strong People management with Client management , stakeholder management required

100% WFO (work from office )

Willing to work in night and rotational shifts.
