Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Automation - Manual Engineer with solid expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ/CLM Testing, Manual Testing, API Testing, and Test Automation. This role is predominantly 75% Manual Testing and 25% Automation Testing and requires hands-on experience in enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in functional testing, end-to-end testing, API validation, integration testing, and CI/CD environments while collaborating with Agile teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manual Testing (75%)

- Design detailed test scenarios and test cases using Gherkin in TestRail.
- Execute functional, regression, exploratory, and configuration testing.
- Validate Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ,



and CLM business processes.
- Perform end-to-end integration testing across APIs, Boomi, and Apigee.
- Log, track, and verify defects using Jira.
- Support Functional Acceptance Testing (FAT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Prepare test data and coordinate with business stakeholders.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and review testing practices.

Automation Testing (25%)

- Identify high-risk scenarios for regression automation.
- Execute automated smoke and regression test suites.
- Perform REST API automation testing.
- Support CI/CD pipeline testing.
- Collaborate with Automation Engineers to maintain and enhance automation scripts.
- Validate microservices and API integrations.
