Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Service Engineers to provide installation, preventive maintenance, breakdown support, troubleshooting, and repair of port and construction equipment. The role requires ensuring maximum equipment uptime, delivering quality service support, and maintaining solid customer relationships at port locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of assigned equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and engine-related issues.
- Perform commissioning, inspection, and repair activities at customer sites.
- Ensure maximum machine availability and minimize downtime.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and daily activity reports.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for timely spare parts and service support.
- Follow OEM service standards and safety guidelines.
- Support warranty claim documentation and machine inspections when required.




- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high service satisfaction.

Equipment Exposure

Candidates should have hands-on experience with one or more of the following:

- Excavators
- Wheel Loaders
- Tippers
- Reach Stackers
- Electric Terminal Tractors

Desired Skills

- Strong knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, engine, and transmission systems.
- Good troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with effective communication skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and work at port locations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and service reporting tools.

Preferred Industry

Construction Equipment, Material Handling Equipment, Port Equipment, Heavy Commercial Vehicles, Mining Equipment, or related OEMs.
