Role & responsibilities

- Lead and manage the QA automation team across multiple projects.
- Define and implement automation testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium with Java, Playwright, Python, and UiPath.
- Drive end-to-end test automation for web, API, and RPA workflows.
- Review automation scripts, code quality, and test coverage.
- Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and DevOps teams.
- Participate in requirement analysis, sprint planning, and release activities.
- Provide realistic effort estimations, delivery plans, and status updates.
- Mentor team members and support technical upskilling.
- Identify process improvements and drive QA innovations.
- Ensure defect tracking, root cause analysis, and timely resolution.
- Manage QA deliverables, risks, escalations, and stakeholder communication.
- Maintain CI/CD integration for automation execution.

Preferred candidate profile

- Robust experience in Selenium WebDriver with Java.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright automation framework.




- Proficiency in Python scripting and automation.
- Experience with UiPath/RPA automation.
- Strong understanding of automation framework design and implementation.
- Experience with API automation and tools like Postman/RestAssured.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in performance or security testing is an added advantage.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and containerization tools is preferred.
- Certifications in Selenium, UiPath, or Agile methodologies are a plus.
